Here’s a baking competition with a difference. The idea is to make a gingerbread house (the sort that Hansel and Gretel were lured to), and here’s the twist, it needs to be an eco-gingerbread house. The rules state that the house has to have at least four sustainable building design elements and must be entirely edible.
