Here’s a baking competition with a difference. The idea is to make a gingerbread house (the sort that Hansel and Gretel were lured to), and here’s the twist, it needs to be an eco-gingerbread house. The rules state that the house has to have at least four sustainable building design elements and must be entirely edible. Deadline for entries is 31st December 2007, and the prizes are thoroughly fashionable Bake for Change T-shirts.
