		<description>I was thinking the same thing as Kristen at first. I love this idea though. I never thought to mash vegetables with potatoes. I am definitely trying this!

One of the best discoveries I made after going veggie was finding out that Delia Smith has a great veggie gravy recipe involving baked onions - tastes fantastic, especially with veggie sausages and mash... now, I wish it wasn&#039;t so sunny outside!</description>
