Working with my hands gives me a sense of purpose. Taking something that’s old and tired and turning it into something new makes me feel like I’ve achieved something really worthwhile.  Lucky for me, the internet brings inspiration to my fingertips, easily, without trips to the library or the shops for books and magazines.

It makes me happy to find so many wonderfully creative people online, who are eager to interact and make friends and share their ideas. My feed reader positively bristles with juicy green creativity on a daily basis. These are a few of my favourite blogs for creative green inspiration, but they are few of many, so please feel free to add your own to the comments of this post, for all to share.

In no particular order, here are my 7 go-to blogs for creative greenspiration:

art for housewives

esprit cabane

crafting a green world

CRAFT – not all green, but definitely all creative

Recycleart

Eco Kids Craft @ Growing Up Creative

EcoStreet (ok, it’s a bit cheeky to add it, but I’m cheeky)

  • Art for Houswives… there’s a title straight from the 1950s!
Thank you for Recycleart – it’s awesome.

Hehe, yes, but don’t let it put you off. Cynthia Korzekwa is an artist and bricoleur worth checking out.

  • Flattered to be included in a great list!
