My name is Ann and I’m currently working on a campaign trying to push companies to invest in more renewable energy and not bank on coal to save us.

This action is through Co-op America and we’re targeting three major corporations with large coal energy plants in the works: Peabody, Sempra, and Dominion. Shareholders of these companies have already expressed concern and now we are trying to add more pressure to say that coal is NOT the answer.

The action can be found at: and the contact information for Peabody, Dominion, and Sempra(and that of the board members) can be found at

We were hoping that you might take this action and let people know about it – through a posting on your blog or simply a quick e-mail to like-minded friends.

Thank you for your time and let me know if you have suggestions for raising awareness of and participation in this action.

In Cooperation,
Ann Church
