ibuyeco eco friendly car insurance

Wonderful idea - loved it and was very excited to join in - but nightmare since then. However, they messed up the quote on the website (gave it for the wrong vehicle), they then quoted over £100 more than other insurers, but when I regretfully cancelled the insurance, they attempted to take the premium out of my account twice (mistakenly, granted), plus charged me £20 fee for having done so. I only got the premium back 3 weeks later, after multiple phone calls, and still haven't had the 'fee' back - after over a month. Like I say, wonderful idea, but I have gone elsewhere, and have donated my carbon offsetting to charity instead. Shame.
