Instant Karma Films are a newly launched eco-friendly spot company about to embark on their first project and the first carbon neutral television ad ever produced.
The ad will be for Maybelline New York and Gotham Inc., shot in Shanghai and featuring actress Zhang Ziyi best known for her work in Memoirs of a Geisha and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. The carbon output and environmental impact of production will be offset by donation and association with Carbonfund.org, and Instant Karma Films has also planted 1000 trees for this production in its commitment to environmental restoration.
The Instant Karma Films website will soon feature a carbon calculator, developed in association with Carbonfund.org, for all those wishing to work carbon neutral.
