That toilet roll cord organiser is so simple yet such a brilliant and practical idea. It’s also sparked off a few other ideas, thanks

Thanks for the comment Crafty Green poet, I’d love to hear the ideas that were sparked by the toilet roll cord organiser. 🙂

The toilet roll device just isn’t practical or aesthetic, it’s going to get flaky and dirty easily and fall apart. Much easier to use those short wire cables which come with cables originally, just don’t throw them out when you get new products.

I use the plastic rings from gallon milk jugs for bundling electrical cords – it works great! Use rings from smaller bottles for shorter cords like curling irons etc. It’s really convenient and so simple to slip on and off the folded up cord. Stays in place nicely too! I came up with this idea one day when I didn’t have a rubber band and had to get creative. 😉
