“Name that Television Show” Contest

For two seasons, Green Ground Zero has proudly hosted a television show called Built Green TV.  During that time Neil Chambers, host of the show, has interviewed some of the most incredible thinkers, writers, designers and leaders in the environmental field.  Past guests include Gov. Brian Schweitzer, Paul Polizzotto, Susan Szenasy, David Kirkpatrick, Mark Cox, Peter Fusaro and Joyce LaValle.  Our upcoming third season will inspire further in-depth discussions about the future of our world.  But there’s one little thing we gotta do first, get a new name.

We’d love to explain the reasoning behind this change, the legal ramifications and the back story…but suffice to say, it’s best for us to change our name.

That being said, starting now (Aug. 1, 2006), we’re accepting submissions for the “Name that Television Show” Contest.  Enter your suggestions for the new title by midnight Aug. 22, 2006.  Us here at GGZ will then pick the name we like best, retitle the program, and put this small issue behind us.

The winner will receive a Voltaic solar backpack from 3r living,  the home of “future friendly products”.  The winner will also get the satisfaction of contributing to the betterment of GGZ.  For all the details on The “Name that Television Show” Contest, go to www.builtgreentv.com.

To enter the competition, send an email with “Name that Television Show” in the subject line to info@greengroundzero.org.  Include your brilliant suggestion, plus your name, telephone number, address, email address and any other pertinent info.  The winner will be notified by Aug. 25, 2006 and announced on www.greengroundzero.org , builtgreentv.com and treehugger.com, Aug. 28, 2006.
