Philips launches “Green Tick” to highlight it’s greener products

Electronics company Philips has today announced the launch of a new consumer logo for its environmentally friendly and safe consumer product range.

By choosing a Philips product marked with the “Green Tick”, consumers can rest assured that the product that they are buying has significantly better energy efficiency than the nearest competitor products in the same category. The logo applies only to Green Flagship products in the consumer electronics portfolio, all of which are annually certified by external auditors.
